Twenty-eight minutes across our whole radius. Zone 1 tends to be much faster.
Do you take priority calls?+
Yes — safety-critical calls (kids/pets locked in, freeway hazards) jump the queue.
Pricing & payment
Is there a surge after hours?+
Never. The rate at 3am is the rate at 3pm.
What forms of payment?+
Cash, all major cards, tap-to-pay, and most roadside plans.
Do you take insurance?+
Yes — most policies. We can bill directly for many major carriers.
Vehicles & equipment
Do you tow motorcycles?+
Yes, with soft straps and wheel chocks — never metal-on-metal.
Can you tow AWD?+
Yes, on a flatbed. AWD should never be towed on a wheel-lift.
What about RVs?+
Our heavy wrecker Halcón handles most RVs. Call ahead so we roll the right truck.
