Authorized Access
You must have authorization or proof of ownership for us to hook and transport the vehicle.
Dispatch Fees
Baseline hook-up charges apply once a truck is rolling to your coordinates, regardless of repair resolved.
Vehicle Clearance
Owners must notify dispatch if vehicle clearance is lower than standard limits (sports loaders needed).
Fully Insured
We pull under comprehensive cargo transport insurance coverage, protecting your asset throughout hook.
1. Service Commitments
Our average dispatch target is 28 minutes, but arrival coordinates can fluctuate based on highway congestion or severe weather blocks. We prioritize safety-critical calls (e.g. stranded families, road blockades) over non-urgent garage relocations.
2. Cancellations & Callouts
Once a flatbed or rollback operator has been dispatched and leaves the yard, the baseline local hook-up fee is due and payable. This fee covers our operator's shift coordinates and fuel costs.
3. Liability Limits
Our operators take photos before hooking to catalog pre-existing wear. We are not responsible for frame cracks or engine complications that caused your original breakdown before hook parameters were loaded.
