1. Information Collection
When you call dispatch or request roadside support online, we collect your name, phone number, current vehicle location coordinates, vehicle year/make/model, and license details. This is necessary to safely verify your vehicle registration and carry out towing runs.
2. Processing Payments
We process all major digital cards and insurance receipts via PCI-compliant payment integrations. We do not store raw credit card numbers inside our central yard local servers.
3. Changes to Policy
